If your password has expired or you have forgotten your UOW account password you are able to reset it online if you have setup your UOW account security profile simply by entering your previously provided alternate email address and UOW username below.

Upon successful authentication of your details you will be sent a validation token to either your mobile phone, alternate email address, or both. You can then use this token to reset your password.

If you have not setup your UOW user account security profile you will need to make a request in person at an authorised centre to have your password reset - you will need to bring your identification card with you.
